Today v. v. tired day.. Let's say abt training 1st. 1stly, run around court 10 rounds.,thn do side walk,crish cross-duno hw spell, and jump highest point, do 3 set , next, do sprinting ,hu's last nid to do again lurhhs.. sprint and sprint and sprint thn i sprain my knee again! always sprain th same place when doing sth lyk shuttle.. i guess i can't do shuttle 4 napfa lo. surely sprain until v. jialat. soon do half court, and i being gs was v. bad. I CANT CATCH TH BALL! AND I CANT SHOOT CANT SHOOT I CANT SHOOT! My shooting sux liaos. only gord 2 goals. in..i am v. disappointed in myself.... claire much pro.. ev. goal got in.. gd job manz! hais .. then... do stairs 2 set... at 1st 3 bt ms germaine cut dwn.. tiring.... tough.... leg pain... im always telling my self i can do it, again and again but im jus a failure nd tat y i got to work xtra harder.. today no sun, better.i guess ev. training from now, i got to jy, cuz it couldnt b easy.. okay bak to morning lesson was.. fine.. and i wan tang tang from korkor. and as usual, clar and andy ply lyk duno whudd lurhhs.. okays.. today is quite fun.. bebuz of korsss.. barhh..
